For the upcoming Business Luncheon being held on Wednesday, November 1 in Schaumburg, IL, ROOT3 Marketing and Business Development CEO & Founder Scott Christiansen will be speaking on a topic titled, “Competing for Talent in a High-Tech, High-Growth Market.”
Christiansen works with scaling organizations in a number of high-growth industries to recruit and retain a productive workforce. He will examine the factors influencing the manufacturing skills gap, and share best practices to neutralize them with examples of success both within manufacturing and among industries competing for the same talent.
